Membership Agreement-Terms & Conditions

Executive Studio Membership

  • Hours of operations are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. Private rental, Private photography and podcast recording can be scheduled around open and close time if available and after approval. We will try and accommodate.

  • We are closed all major holidays.

  • You get 15% off future booking.

  • You get first access to networking mixers and other networking events delivered via email before the public.

  • You get discounted event tickets for any upcoming events that require a fee.

  • If approved, your podcast or photography services could be featured on our website database page. Approval depends on if Executive Studio brand aligns with yours.

Booking

  • Book on our website. Available time will be listed.

  • If you would like to book outside of those hours, please reach out to management for approval. Management can be reached at 313-650-8281.

  • Payment will be drafted monthly from credit or debit card 30 days from the start of the agreement.

  • Membership is month to month. No contract.

  • Bookings are First-Come, we have a strict First-Served policy.

  • Reservations are only confirmed once a Member agreement and payment in full has been received. Until that time all reservations are considered provisional, and are subject to assignment to another member who provides the signed contract and payment.

  • The member’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time.

  • The member understands that they must allow time within the session for dressing, changing, setting up, breaking down, hair, makeup, cleaning up and etc.

  • Any part of an hour that the member goes over their scheduled time will be billed at our hourly rate to the member’s credit or debit card.

Process of Checking In & Out

  • Member will check in at front desk with member number. If ID is not on file, Member must provide copy. Any guest must have their ID checked as well for safety.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early if this is your first rental to ensure you have time to learn the equipment, review rules and liabilities.

  • Your start time starts on TIME. If you are late, you are allowed to reschedule another available time/day or use the remainder of your time.

  • All Members and Guests must sign our Waiver of Liability of Form prior to entering and use of space. This can be done electronically before your session by clicking the link on the confirmation page. If you missed it, you can request one at help@executivestudioinc.com. You may also sign one at the studio but please remember to come in a few minutes early to do this. Forms do NOT have to be signed more than once.

  • Please do not arrive more than 15 mins before your appointment. You will not have access to the space and will be required to wait.

Other Housekeeping Rules

  • Photographers are allowed to bring no more than 3 clients at a time.

  • If you are using the content Pods™, you are allowed to bring no more than 3 guest.

  • Podcasters are allowed to bring no more than 4 guest, including engineer. Guest are not required to pay a fee but they are also not allowed use of any Content Pods™. This is strictly the podcast room.

  • Members and guest are not allowed to wander outside of the space they rented. This will result in your time being canceled with no refund.

  • Food and drinks are ONLY allowed after prior approval. If food or drinks are found during your session, it will be canceled with NO refund. If found after, you will NOT be allowed to utilize or space again and membership will be canceled.

  • No alcohol may be brought on premises and no smoking. Violators memberships will be canceled.

  • The member is responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age. Although staff will review the ID of member and clients/guest, Executive Studio takes no responsibility to determine or verify the age of any participants in the member’s activities. Executive Studio reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18 and to end those activities if Company becomes aware that legal age violations are occurring. Executive Studio is not liable in the case of an invalid ID or any other form of age verification.

  • We have a strict NO FLOUR, NO GLITTER, NO GUNS, NO FLAME policy which will be strictly enforced

  • No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices, activities, or substances, and member assumes full responsibility for any transgressions

  • You must have written authorization from management to bring a pet.

  •  all members/guest/clients are required to dress appropriately when entering or using any of the common areas such as the main lobby, bathrooms, hallways, etc.

  • Be considerate and keep music and noise to a sensible level so as not to impair the enjoyment of our other users, the studio management or our adjacent tenants.

  • Executive Studio is not responsible for bookings or any services by third party vendors listed on our database such as, but not limited to: engineers, photographers, etc.

  • Member is required to clean up after themselves. If staff is required to clean, $25 will be taken from your remaining membership points or the next month if you have no more membership points.

 

Damages and Use of Space

  • If you would like to move furniture, please make staff aware BEFORE moving it. This is to ensure no damage to our property as well as your safety.

  • Any breakages to equipment must be reported and will be repaired or replaced at the member’s expense.

  • If Member sees any equipment that is damaged, please let staff know immediately.

  • Staff will check equipment before and after each rental.

  • Lighting, props and backdrops are included in all photography rental.

  • Mics, stands, and other podcasting equipment is included in rental. Use of the laptop is available for an extra fee.

  • Event space includes tables and chairs. Linen is available for an added fee.

  •  Any rented equipment is in good working order, but we make no guarantees as to the equipment’s functionality or suitability to the member’s purposes.

  • Executive Studio assumes no liability for any equipment or items brought in or left behind by the member/clients/guest.

  • Make sure that all equipment is put back in its assigned place at the end of your time.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not issue refunds for missed appointments, but you are able to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled visit. If late, customer will only be able to use the remainder of their session or reschedule. Private rooms can only be rescheduled once. If a second reschedule is needed, customer must contact manager for approval. Customer must also sign a liability waiver before use of space. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to booking start time are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours prior to booking start time are 100% refundable.

  • Studio and Podcast Room Rental: You are able to receive a full refund if your session is cancelled 48 hours prior to your reservation. Refunds are NOT provided within 24 hours prior to the reservation.

  • Event space: In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel within 7 days. If you miss the 7 day window, you will only be allowed to reschedule for a new date based upon availability.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a canceled membership, forfeiting any unused time and possibility of being banned from studio.
