What are Content Pods™?
Content Pods™️ are rooms you can take lifestyle photos or content videos in. These rooms all have a different theme to fit different businesses.
What is Content Creation/Branding?
Content creation is the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media for an end-user/audience in specific contexts.
Branding is the process of creating a strong, positive perception of a company, its products or services in the customer's mind by combining such elements as logo, design, mission statement, and a consistent theme throughout all marketing communications.
What is a lifestyle photoshoot?
Lifestyle photography is photography that captures people in natural and relaxed real-life environments. These photos add a human connection and context to your professional business imagery. Product photos are not enough to gain the trust and business of your customers.
Why is Content Creation important?
Content creation is the ultimate inbound marketing practice. When you create content, you're providing free and useful information to your audience, attracting potential customers to your website, and retaining existing customers through quality engagement. (Source: blog.hubspot.com)
What can I use the Content Pods™ for?
The pods can be used to take photos (with or without a photographer), videos (such as Reels and TikToks) or full videos for youtube.
What can I not do inside of the Content Pods™?
You are not allowed to eat or drink inside the pods. No nudity allowed. No loud music , no extra guest (you are allowed one guest who must purchase a general admission ticket).
What if I need to cancel after booking?
You are able to receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours prior to your session. If you do not cancel within 48hrs, you will not refunded. You are able to reschedule one time but must contact management at 313-650-8281 via phone or text. Please refer to our refund policy.
Can I take my own pictures with a ring light?
Yes, we offer selfie sticks, ring lights and other tripods to hold your phone so that you are able to take pictures independently. You may also bring a friend but they must purchase a general admission ticket. If you choose to bring a photographer, they will need to purchase a photographer ticket.
Are children allowed?
Children are not permitted unless prior authorization.
Can I bring my own photographer?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own photographer but you must add a photographer on your booking for a $20 fee. If you do not add them but bring them, they must pay at the door.
Are there any dressing rooms?
Yes, there are four dressing rooms, two in the male bathroom and two in the female bathroom. Please be aware that others may use them as well so limit your time inside to 15 minutes.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have two bathrooms that can be used by guest. They are also handicap accessible.
Where are you located?
We are located on westside of Woodward Ave. in Royal Oak. Our address is 30371 Woodward Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48073 on the second floor. We are in the building directly beside the Arby’s.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have parking in both the front and back of our building that is free, although we prefer you park in the back. We also have an entrance on the front and back of the building. Please be aware that the back entrance has stairs ONLY. The front entrance has both stairs and an elevator. If you are wearing heels, please use front door only for your safety.
***If you are parking to attend a networking or educational event, please park in back.
Do you have a dolly?
We do have a wagon for our guest to use but this is first come, first serve. If you think you need a wagon, please call and reserve at the time of your booking. If you do not, we are not guaranteed to have one available. Our staff does not assist with bringing items in from your vehicle.
Are you handicap Accessible?
Yes, although we have stairs, there is an elevator available for use in the front of the building. Also all Content Pods™️ and Studio is handicap accessible.
Can I bring guest?
Yes, but they must purchase a general admission ticket. You are allowed 3 guest plus one photographer in the Podcast room. You can have one guest in the Content Pods™, and one guest, one client (unless you are shooting multiple clients such as a family) and one photographer in the private studio.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are only permitted if you are renting out the entire studio. We do have water and coffee for guest, but it can not be taken into the Content Pods™ or studio. You are allowed water/coffee/tea inside of the podcast rooms but you must sign a waiver.
Can I bring alcohol?
No
Can I smoke?
No, we are a smoke free establishment. No smoking is allowed within 50 feet of the premises. Please return to your car.
